

The Hospitality trade of Sitges has promoted a course of wine and cava tasting for restaurants staff. For this, they have had the collaboration of the Cava Regulatory Board.
During the course, which will take place from 11th to 18th of April, participants will know and taste the different types of this sparkling wine and its characteristics.
This initiative is part of a series of activities that the Cava Regulatory Board carried out to publicize this sparkling wine, both among professionals and among the general population.
