Malena Costa said last night that she feels very exciting after being crowned Queen of Cava 2011 in Sant Sadurni d'Anoia (Barcelona) in the Thirtieth Week of Cava. The model, who has relieved Carla Goyanes in the reign of Cava, was "delighted", saying "I'm very excited because I know it's important."

Malena Costa, was born 31st August 1989 in Mallorca. She started her trajectory when she was 17 in a tv show called Supermodelo 2006 (Cuatro). When the show finished Costa continued her ESO and high school studies without leaving aside the world of fashion, performance, or advertising. She studied Advertising and Public Relations and is currently studying Psychology in UNED. On the other hand, she signed a contract with Elite Model Management and has participated in several commercials. Currently she has a relationship with Carles Puyol, back and first captain of FC Barcelona.
