The Galician model and the younger of Medina brothers, who described cava as a "smooth, young wine to taste in every ocasión", toasted together to their new professional projects and to the victory of the Spanish national team in the FIFA World Cup
The model Laura Ponte and Luis Medina, the younger son of Nati Abascal, attended yesterday the Annual Rosé Cava Party organized by the Cava Regulatory Board at the Villa Magna Hotel terrace in Madrid. They toasted together to the summer and confessed that currently they live very happy times.
Both assured that this summer they will enjoy their own holidays, although Laura Ponte will do it "with pen and paper" as she is waiting a hard, full of work September, "and you can't allow to be more than one month in relax".
Laura Ponte, who has started a new professional direction with its first jewels collection, said she is very busy but, at the same time, she is quiet and happy, as she was waiting to work in something "that could arouse my ilussion and required a little bit of creativity".
Meanwhile, Luis Medina, the younger son of Feria Duke and one of the most sought-after singles within European aristocracy, told that with some luck his work and his holidays will coincide this summer in Majorca and Ibiza. He also explained how was the engagement ceremony of his elder brother Rafael and his fiancée, Laura Vecino: "We had much fun and we toasted with lot of cava".
Asked about his own marriage, Luis Medina confessed that his brother's wedding gives him "some jealousy", but he doesn't see himself prepared to take that step in his life.
Laura and Luis posed together and toasted to their new professional projects ad to the victory of the Spanish football team against Chile. They also said that the best moment to taste cava is in the morning. Laura described cava as a "young and smooth wine", while Medina described it as "fresh and pleasant", but both agreed that it is a wine "to taste in every moment".
The soirée, conceived to spread the qualities of rosé cava as an ideal companion for parties and summer events, was attended by a large number of public figures from the Spanish society as well as celebrities such as Carolina Thieu, Blanca Martínez de Irujo and José Miguel Fernández-Sastrón.
